Full design and build of a luxury swimming pool for a private villa in Dubai — including pool structure, waterproofing, water systems, tiling, coping, pool deck, and integrated outdoor lighting. …
View SpecificationsThis project delivered a complete luxury pool build for a private Dubai villa, designed and constructed entirely in-house from concept to handover. The pool was designed as an integrated feature of the wider outdoor space — not a standalone element — with the pool deck, surrounding landscape, and lighting all resolved as part of one cohesive design. All spaces were developed through detailed 3D visualisations approved by the client before any groundwork began. The structure, waterproofing, circulation system, and all finishes were engineered together, ensuring long-term performance and a result that looks as good as it functions.
The pool was designed as part of the outdoor architecture — not placed in it. That's the difference between a pool that looks right and one that just sits there.
The brief required the pool to feel like it belonged to the villa's architecture — not a standard box dropped into the garden. Every edge, level, and material needed to connect with the surrounding landscape and built form.
Dubai's heat and UV exposure place extreme demands on pool finishes, waterproofing, and water chemistry systems. All materials and mechanical specifications needed to be selected for long-term performance in these conditions.
The pool was built in parallel with the villa's external works, requiring careful sequencing of structural, MEP, and finishing trades to prevent clashes and protect completed surfaces.
The pool, deck, coping, and surrounding landscape were designed together as one scheme — levels, materials, and edges all resolved in the 3D model before any works started on site.
Pool shell waterproofing, tile adhesives, grout, coping materials, and the full filtration and chemical dosing system were all specified for UAE climate performance and independently reviewed before procurement.
We worked directly with the villa's main contractor to plan a phased build sequence — pool excavation and structure first, then systems, then finishes — coordinated to avoid clash with external landscaping and building works.
We developed the full pool concept — shape, levels, materials, water features, lighting, and deck layout — and produced detailed 3D visualisations for client review and sign-off before any groundworks began.
Pool excavation, reinforced concrete shell construction, and full waterproofing system installation were completed and independently inspected before any finishing works began.
Filtration, heating, LED lighting, and chemical dosing systems were installed and commissioned. Pool tiling, coping, and the surrounding deck were then completed to the approved finish specification.
All water systems were commissioned, balanced, and tested. The pool was filled, water chemistry established, and the full installation snagged before formal handover with operational guides and warranty documentation.
The completed pool delivered a luxury outdoor centrepiece that integrates seamlessly with the villa's architecture — engineered for long-term performance and designed to be enjoyed year-round.
"The pool looks exactly like the renders. The whole process was smooth, the quality is outstanding, and the way it connects with the garden is exactly what we wanted."
