Full custom kitchen design and fabrication for a luxury private villa — including island joinery, high-gloss lacquered cabinetry, integrated appliance panels, and precision-fit stone countertops.
View SpecificationsThis project involved the complete design and fabrication of a bespoke kitchen for a luxury villa in Dubai. The client required a kitchen that felt architectural — clean, modern, and integrated seamlessly with the open-plan living area. Every cabinet, drawer, and panel was engineered and built in-house, with high-gloss lacquer finishes, push-to-open hardware, integrated appliance fronts, and a large island unit as the centrepiece. Countertops were templated and cut on-site for a perfect fit. The result is a fully custom kitchen that looks and performs exactly as designed.
Every detail was resolved before a single piece went into production — tolerances, finishes, and integration points were all locked down first.
The open-plan kitchen had two structural columns that needed to be concealed within the joinery without creating awkward bulges or dead space in the layout.
High-gloss lacquer surfaces amplify any inconsistency. Achieving uniformity across 42 doors and 16 drawer fronts required strict finishing controls and careful batch spraying.
Four appliances — oven, dishwasher, fridge, and wine cooler — required custom panel fronts that sat flush with the surrounding cabinetry, with no visible gaps or misalignment.
The columns were incorporated into the cabinetry layout as natural features — one became part of the pantry unit, the other an integrated display shelf — eliminating the awkwardness entirely.
All doors and fronts were finished in our controlled spray booth in matched batches, ensuring consistent gloss levels and eliminating tonal variation across the full kitchen.
Each appliance panel was templated from the actual unit, built with +/- 1mm tolerances, and tested for flush alignment during pre-installation mock-up before site delivery.
We measured and surveyed the kitchen space in full — capturing columns, services, and ceiling heights — before producing a detailed 3D layout for client sign-off.
Client selected finishes from our sample library — lacquer colour, stone countertop, hardware, and sink specifications — all confirmed before production began.
All carcasses were CNC-machined, assembled, and finished in our workshop. Doors, drawer fronts, and appliance panels were sprayed, checked, and packed for site.
Installation was completed in a single phase — cabinetry, then countertop templating, cutting, and final fit — with appliance integration and snagging resolved on-site.
The finished kitchen delivered exactly what the client wanted — a clean, architectural, fully custom space that integrates with the living area and performs effortlessly in daily use.
"The kitchen looks exactly like the 3D render — which never happens. The finish is flawless and everything fits perfectly. Very impressed with the quality and the process."
