Complete walk-in wardrobe and built-in storage solution for a Dubai Marina penthouse — including a full dressing room, his-and-hers wardrobe walls, display shelving, and integrated LED lighting throughout.
View SpecificationsThis penthouse project required a complete wardrobe and storage solution across a dedicated dressing room and two bedroom wardrobe walls. The client wanted a boutique hotel-level finish — open shelving, glass-front display sections, velvet-lined drawer inserts, and soft-close hardware throughout. The entire system was designed to feel cohesive and high-end, with integrated LED strip lighting to highlight each zone. All units were fabricated in-house in matte lacquer with brushed brass handles and installed with zero visible fixings.
A wardrobe should feel like part of the architecture — not something that was installed afterward. That's what we designed and delivered here.
The dressing room had a stepped ceiling with two different heights, requiring the wardrobe system to be designed in clearly delineated zones rather than a uniform run.
The client required all LED lighting to be fully concealed within the joinery — no visible channels, drivers, or cabling anywhere on the finished units.
The wardrobe system combined open display shelving with closed door sections, and both had to sit flush and feel like a single continuous piece when viewed from the room.
The dressing room was divided into three vertical zones, each designed to suit the ceiling height above it — tall hanging, mid shelving, and a low island unit — creating a logical and visually elegant layout.
LED strips and drivers were routed through dedicated channels within the carcass structure, with diffuser profiles set flush into the shelving edges for invisible, clean illumination across every section.
A uniform 3mm reveal gap was maintained across all doors, open shelving, and panel joints — creating visual continuity and making the full run read as one cohesive system.
We surveyed the dressing room and bedroom spaces in full, modelled the joinery in 3D, and presented layout options for client review before any production started.
Client chose matte lacquer colour, handle style, drawer insert finish, glass types, and LED colour temperature from our specification library.
All carcasses were built, finished, and pre-wired for LED integration in our workshop. Doors were sprayed, hardware pre-fitted, and units labelled for site sequence.
Units were installed in sequence, LED wiring connected and tested, handles fitted, and the full installation snagged and signed off on-site.
The completed dressing room and wardrobe walls gave the penthouse a boutique hotel quality — a fully custom, beautifully finished storage system that feels as much like architecture as furniture.
"The dressing room looks like it came straight out of a design magazine. The lighting, the finishes, the way it all fits together — it's exactly what we had in mind."
